THE HUTTON HOUSE WEDDING
Jana & Alex's Wedding
Jana and Alex envisioned a romantic, elegant late-fall wedding where every detail felt intentional and deeply personal. Their design centered around a rich garnet palette—complemented by blush pink, ivory, and soft hints of blue—anchored in meaningful symbolism through Alex’s grandmother’s heirloom garnet ring. Lovingly passed down from his Nana Garnet, whose own nickname came from her affection for the stone, the ring became a powerful throughline in their story. With garnet also serving as Jana’s birthstone, the piece beautifully unified family legacy and their shared journey, grounding the entire celebration in sentiment and history.
Their ceremony and reception were layered with lush, romantic design elements, including dramatic draping and florals that blended structured elegance with natural movement. Studio C brought the vision to life with a refined floral palette of classic roses accented by striking blue thistles—Alex’s favorite flower—adding depth, texture, and personal meaning. The atmosphere felt warm, thoughtful, and timeless, culminating in one of the most meaningful guest experiences: a live wedding painter who captured the ceremony in real time. As guests watched the scene unfold on canvas, the painting became both a focal point and a lasting heirloom, revealed later in the evening as a tangible reflection of their love story and a piece meant to be cherished for generations.
