Jenna Culley Events launched in 2012 under the creative direction of CEO & Creative Director, Jenna Culley, and has been serving Twin Cities' couples, families, corporations and foundations since. Our team believes that, while planning an event or wedding can never truly be stress-less, we can give you confidence in the decisions you make and the vendors you choose so that when you get to the day-of, you can fully enjoy it, knowing that every detail is being handled. We love working with a wide variety of clients and couples, can handle everything from planning to production and specialize in event design. Jenna
Jenna Culley founded Jenna Culley Events in 2012 after beginning her career in luxury hospitality and event management at Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, New York. Over the past decade, she has grown the company into JC Hospitality Group through the acquisitions of Linen Effects and The Simply Elegant Group while leading luxury weddings and large-scale event operations throughout the United States. Jenna's passion lies in bringing together the right people, systems, and partnerships to execute complex events with precision while creating exceptional experiences for clients and attendees alike.
HEIDI
Vice President, Director of Operation, Lead Planner
Heidi serves as Vice President of Jenna Culley Events, providing strategic leadership across company operations, talent development, and long-term growth. Since joining the company as a Lead Planner, she has played an integral role in developing the systems, standards, and training programs that support both the team and client experience. With an extensive background in leadership, operations, customer service, and team development, Heidi is passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient processes, and providing planners with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
In addition to her leadership role, Heidi continues to personally plan a select number of weddings each year, allowing her to remain closely connected to the client experience and evolving wedding industry. Known for her organization, problem-solving abilities, and thoughtful leadership approach, she is committed to fostering a collaborative company culture while maintaining the exceptional level of service Jenna Culley Events is known for.
ERIN
Administrative Specialist
Erin has been part of Jenna Culley Events since the very beginning, serving as Jenna’s first assistant when the company was founded. After graduating from UW–Stout, she continued to support the company’s growth before officially joining the team full-time in 2022. Her longstanding involvement with Jenna Culley Events has made her an integral part of the company’s success and day-to-day operations, giving her extensive institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of the organization’s systems and processes.
As Administrative Specialist, Erin provides essential administrative and operational support across the company, including client contracts and invoicing, client onboarding, marketing support, event production materials, and day-to-day administrative operations. Known for her organization and attention to detail, she plays a key role in keeping both client-facing and behind-the-scenes processes running smoothly throughout every stage of the client experience.
KATIE
Lead Planner
Katie leads the Corporate, Nonprofit, and Specialty Events division at Jenna Culley Events, overseeing the planning and production of complex conferences, association meetings, nonprofit galas, corporate celebrations, and specialty events. Since joining JC Hospitality Group in 2023, Katie has become an integral member of the team, using her strengths in event planning, organization, and relationship building to help expand the division and lead many of the company’s largest and most complex events.
Katie brings a well-rounded background in event planning and hospitality, with experience ranging from coordinating community gatherings as a youth leader and Fellowship Director at a local Lutheran church to serving as a Sales and Event Manager at a Northeast Minneapolis venue. Known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, she specializes in project management, event logistics, and vendor coordination, and enjoys bringing each client’s vision to life through customized, meaningful event experiences.
PAIGE
Lead Planner
Paige was born and raised in Minneapolis but lived around the US after graduating high school before returning back to Minneapolis in 2020. She is a big picture thinker and an arranger of all things. She loves coordinating the chaos and juggling multiple moving parts at once. Paige has a background in design and elementary education and was a classroom teacher for several years--talk about coordinating chaos! Paige currently lives in St. Paul with her husband and their two cats.
SARA
Lead Planner
In January of 2025, Sara joined the Jenna Culley Events team as a Lead Planner, including event and stationery design, budget guidance, and strategic client advocacy. From the first onboarding call to each decision along the way, she supports her clients throughout the planning process.
Sara is an event leader who transforms visions into flawlessly executed experiences. Holding a Master’s in Hospitality Leadership, she leverages years of deep industry experience to bring a unique, strategic perspective to every project.
At the heart of Sara’s approach is a steadfast commitment to client relationships. By understanding each client's distinct goals, she seamlessly pairs ingenious design with meticulous event logistics. Known for robust vendor management and sharp, creative problem-solving, she puts clients at ease with her calm demeanor. Sara ensures every detail is handled with absolute precision.
ABBY
Lead Planner
As a Lead Planner with Jenna Culley Events, Abby specializes in guiding Day-of Coordination couples through the final months of planning, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly for a stress-free wedding day.
Her career in the wedding industry began as a bridal makeup artist in her home state of New Hampshire before expanding into event coordination at a country club and later managing weddings at a resort in northern Minnesota. With experience from both the planning and venue sides of weddings, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every celebration.
Known for her warm, personable approach, Abby is passionate about building genuine relationships with her couples and creating weddings that reflect each couple's unique personalities and love story.
TAYLOR
Lead Planner
Taylor began her wedding planning career with The Simply Elegant Group in 2023, where she quickly became known for her organization, professionalism, and genuine care for every couple she served. Following the acquisition by Jenna Culley Events, she has continued to bring the same thoughtful approach while guiding couples through every stage of the planning process. From managing timelines and vendor relationships to overseeing event logistics, Taylor is dedicated to creating seamless celebrations that allow her clients to be fully present on their wedding day.
Prior to entering the wedding industry, Taylor built her career in Human Resources, where she developed strong skills in project management, organization, communication, and process improvement. Known for her calm, positive presence and attention to detail, she creates a planning experience that is collaborative, organized, and enjoyable. Taylor is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her couples and bringing each unique vision to life with confidence and care.
LEAH
Lead Planner
Leah serves as a Lead Planner for Jenna Culley Events, bringing a lifelong passion for creating meaningful celebrations and unforgettable experiences. After earning her degree in Communications and Event Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, she built a diverse event planning background spanning community launch events, nonprofit fundraisers, and international events in New Zealand before transitioning into wedding planning in 2019.
Known for her creativity and ability to think outside the box, Leah specializes in designing celebrations that are both personal and distinctive. In addition to planning weddings, she enjoys creating custom artwork, signage, and large-scale décor that reflect each couple's unique style. Her work has been featured in Minnesota Bride magazine, and she continues to bring a thoughtful, artistic approach to every celebration.
SARAH
Lead Planner
Sarah joined Jenna Culley Events in 2021 as an Assistant Planner. As her love for wedding planning continued to grow, so did her skills, and she became a Lead Planner in 2022. Having worked as a Registered Nurse prior to joining the team, Sarah excels at pivoting, thinking on her feet, and staying cool under pressure, all of which translate perfectly to day-of coordination- Sarah’s specialty.
Sarah recently planned her own wedding in 2025, which gave her a fresh perspective on the emotions, decision-making, and excitement that couples experience throughout the planning process. Known for her optimistic outlook and ability to connect with others, Sarah prides herself on building strong relationships and helping everyone feel supported, heard, and confident on one of the most important days of their lives.
BIANCA
Lead Planner
Bianca serves as a Lead Planner for Jenna Culley Events, where she is passionate about creating seamless, memorable celebrations for every couple she serves. She brings a diverse background in creative production, operations, executive support, and large-scale event planning, with experience managing complex projects, coordinating creative productions, and supporting organizational leadership.
Known for her positive attitude, organization, and solutions-focused mindset, Bianca thrives in the fast-paced environment of wedding days. She enjoys collaborating with clients, vendors, and teammates to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly, allowing couples to be fully present and enjoy each moment of their celebration. Whether coordinating behind the scenes, assisting vendors, or navigating last-minute changes, Bianca is committed to delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
